5280 Ads LLC (“5280 ADS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Colorado limited liability company based in Denver, Colorado. We provide done-for-you AI communication automation services to businesses in the medical aesthetics industry, including med spas and aesthetic clinics.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information obtained through our website at www.5280ads.com, through our text messaging program, and in the course of our business.

When you submit our contact form, request a discovery call, text or email us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:
When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the referring page. When you submit our contact form, Netlify also records the date and time of the submission and the IP address, browser, and page it came from.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from unpkg, a public content delivery network. Those services receive your IP address and browser information when your browser downloads those files.
We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags, or similar advertising technology on this website.
5280 ADS does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA through this website. This website is a marketing and contact site only. Any PHI that may enter communication systems we manage on behalf of clients is governed by separate agreements, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), established at the time of client engagement.

5280 Ads LLC operates a text messaging program for the 5280 ADS brand. Messages are sent from our demo line, (720) 573-0132, which we use only to test our own messaging software and to let people who ask try our demo. It is not our contact line. The full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
Our contact form offers two separate, optional checkboxes. Neither is pre-checked, and neither is required to contact us or to buy anything:
You can agree to one, both, or neither. If you call the demo line after asking to try the demo, we may send one text about that call, and more only if you reply. Demo texts come from a fictional sample clinic and are labelled as a 5280 ADS demo.
For the text messaging program we keep your mobile number, the consent choices you made, the date, time, and IP address of your consent, the wording you agreed to, and any opt-out requests. We use this information only to send the types of messages you agreed to and to show that we have honored your choices.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable request to stop, including by email or phone. When you reply STOP, we send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use the following service providers to run our website and business. They process information on our behalf, and each has its own privacy policy.

When you book a call through our Calendly link, you submit information directly to Calendly, which passes your name, email, and booking details to us so we can confirm and hold the call. See calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
We use HighLevel, including its phone and text messaging service, to send and receive our text messages and to manage our client relationships. HighLevel processes this information to provide that service to us. Email sent to contact@5280ads.com is processed through Google Workspace. See policies.google.com/privacy.
These services deliver the fonts and icons our pages use, and receive your IP address and browser information when they do.
We keep information from website inquiries for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterward. We do not keep long-term marketing databases of website inquiries.
We keep records of text messaging consent and opt-out requests for at least four years after your last interaction with us, so that we can demonstrate compliance with messaging laws and make sure we never text a number that has opted out.
If you become a client, we keep your information for the duration of our engagement and afterward as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time by emailing contact@5280ads.com. We will do so within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it. If you have opted out of texts, we keep your number on a do-not-text list so that we never message it again.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5280 Ads LLC is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We are a technology services vendor that may qualify as a business associate when providing communication automation services to healthcare-adjacent businesses such as medical spas.
When we enter a client relationship with a covered entity or a business handling PHI, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required. The communication systems we deploy are designed to avoid collecting or processing PHI through non-compliant channels.
This website does not collect PHI. Please do not submit medical information through our contact form.

Our website and services are for business owners and professionals, not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or older to opt in to our text messages. If we learn that a minor has submitted information through our website, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or services. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not use your text messaging consent for new types of messages without asking you again.
