These terms govern the text messaging program run by 5280 Ads LLC (“5280 ADS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you opt in to receive text messages from us. Our client services are covered by a separate written agreement.
Messages are sent by 5280 Ads LLC, which operates the 5280 ADS brand, from (720) 440-2283. 5280 ADS provides done-for-you AI communication automation for med spas and aesthetic clinics. The first message you receive from us will identify 5280 ADS.
You will only receive the types of messages you agreed to:
If you text us first, we reply to your message. If you call our business line and we miss your call, we may send one text reply about your call, and we will not send more unless you reply or opt in.
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking one or both of the optional consent boxes on the contact form at www.5280ads.com. The boxes are never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can contact us without agreeing to receive texts.
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at varying frequency: non-marketing messages as needed for your inquiry and any scheduled call, and no more than four marketing messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (720) 440-2283. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Replying STOP ends all text messages from us, marketing and non-marketing. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable request to stop, including by email to contact@5280ads.com or by phone.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We will not send you new types of messages under your existing consent without asking you again.
